3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including images, descriptions, and ingredient information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other site content is error-free, complete, or current. Colors and images of products may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor settings.

RejuvaFlex MD+ is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error is discovered after you place an order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card statement will show the billing descriptor: getrejuvajoint 8559208510.

5. Subscription Terms

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Aurora Peak Commerce LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout (every 60, 90, or 150 days depending on your bundle). Subscriptions continue until you cancel.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees by emailing support@getrejuvajointsupport.com or calling (855) 920-8510 at least 2 business days before your next billing date.
• Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund charges already processed.
• Subscription prices are locked in at the rate shown at enrollment for as long as the subscription remains active.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to your email address on file.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates and shipping costs are as described in our Shipping Policy. We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on first-time purchases. No return shipment is required for refund eligibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Aurora Peak Commerce LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
